Representations
The primary purpose of these summaries is to provide an index of representations submitted, and to facilitate the identification of matters and potential participants in the Examination in Public (EiP). The EiP Panel will work with the full representations made by respondents. The summaries have been produced by a number of people, although every effort has been made to achieve a consistent approach to summarising representations due to the number of people working in separate offices this has not always been possible. Time constraints have prevented the checking of this list for grammatical, spelling and typing errors.
Some responses were too complex to match representations to individual policies. In these cases a summary of the response is located under 'the whole plan' or will be linked to a specific chapter or policy area. When reading summaries relating to a particular policy it is worth noting this and the fact that you should also refer to related policies.
The mass response summaries are there to give a general summary of the main concerns voiced by respondents. They are not meant to give full account of all points raised by individual representations.
The full alphabetic list of respondents is available here.
To help you search for Responses to individual sections of the plan please find attached a list of policies, chapters, tables, etc to which Responses were received and logged on the database.
